1. General

This website is provided by the sole proprietorship DOMINI CANIS, owner Rafael Dubrović, Ozaljska 47, 10000 Zagreb (hereinafter: “Domini Canis”). By accessing and using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

2. Content and services

The content on this website is informational in nature and describes services for training dogs to find truffles (the truffle school and other services). We strive to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free at all times, and we may change it without prior notice.

The published information does not constitute a binding offer; the final terms of an individual service are agreed directly with you before the start of the course or training.

3. Sign-ups, prices and payment

Sign-up for a course is done via the sign-up form or by direct contact. A sign-up becomes binding only after we confirm the availability of the date.

The prices stated on the website are expressed in euros (EUR). A date is considered reserved after payment of a deposit, and the remaining amount is settled no later than the start of the course, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation and refunds

The truffle school and training sessions are held on dates with a predetermined start date. By paying, you reserve your place on the chosen date.

All payments are final. Once payment has been made, the funds paid are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation and of whether the course has started.

In the event that we cancel a course (e.g. due to an insufficient number of participants or force majeure), we will offer you an alternative date.

5. Participation and working with dogs

Training involves working with live animals outdoors. The dog's owner is responsible for the health, vaccination status and behaviour of their dog, and for their own safety and that of third parties during training, in accordance with the instructor's guidance.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation if the behaviour of the dog or the participant endangers safety or makes it impossible to carry out the training.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — texts, photographs, the logo and graphic elements — is the property of Domini Canis or of the rights holders listed in the acknowledgements, and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute or use the content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

You use the website at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website, nor do we guarantee uninterrupted and completely flawless availability of the website.

8. External links

The website may contain links to external sites and services (e.g. social media, sign-up forms). We are not responsible for their content or operation.

9. Changes to the terms

We may amend these terms of use from time to time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page, with the date of the last change stated at the top. By continuing to use the website, you accept the amended terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. The court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Zagreb has jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise from the use of this website.
